ALGORITHM OF AN
OPERATIVE CHOICE OF A RATIONAL LOAD ON THE CHISEL (9 NOMOGRAMS)
The criterion of a choice
is a maximum of trip speed. The optimum axial effort on the chisel is defined
for its obtaining immediately during slotting at assigned refolutions of chisel
and hydraulic power dispersed on the chisel for each layer and interstratifications.
It is periodically corrected and is specified in accordance with wear of the
chisel and varying characteristics of a layer, in accordance with its drilling
and changed conditions of interaction of the chisel with a layer. Thus the
greatest possible time of slotting is also defined, at which the maximum
improvement of the chisel and time of slotting - time of rise of the chisel is
provided. It allows to execute maximum permissible drilling on the chisel
immediately in real conditions.
The definition and
maintenance of an effort, rational, close to optimum size, on the chisel with
regard to it of revolutions and hydraulic power immediately and operatively in
process of chiseling for each layer and it interstratifications, instead of
midstatistical data earlier obtained on a series of slits, as it is made on
known algorithms, enables to receive the best technological parameters:
·
to
increase trip speed at 50 % and more;
·
to
increase aperture on the chisel for one trip of chisel on 50-80 %.
For this algorithm,
approved on MCA (management of chisel activities) in USSR in a 1991, 9
nomographs are developed:
